Technical Account Manager
As part of our growth strategy, we are in search of highly motivated Technical Account Managers. The position is critical in building and maintaining Dopamine’s relationships with international clients in the iGaming industry.
• Build and manage close relationships with allocated B2B clients
• Help develop valuable solutions and influence the strategic direction of clients
• Plan and lead integration processes between these clients and in-house developers to meet, organize and simplify requirements
• Work closely with internal teams to make sure the project process is flawless and completed on time
• Fluent English and strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated customer relationship management ability
• Experience in a client-facing technical role, preferably customer success or account management, with a proven track record of high customer satisfaction and retention
• Confidence and motivation to creatively tackle problems, self-learn and pivot quickly
• API integration knowledge
• Good understanding of product delivery and software release
• Experience working on cross-functional projects, engaging closely with Sales, Product, Support and other teams
