Dopamine at Hack TUES 3

May 23, 2017

As part of our social responsibility program, we are taking active participation as mentors and sponsors of TUES. This year, we were happy to participate in the 3-day long Hackathon, organized by the school. Students of all grades between 8th and 11th expressed their most creative and complicated ideas and developed applications, using technologies of their choice.

During the event, the students were divided into teams and guided by mentors. Two of our Game Dev team leads were mentors at the event and helped the students with the execution of their wildest ideas. Among the projects, there were a mobile game, a simulator, based on mathematical algorithms, 3D printer and many others.

Our mentors were very impressed with the enthusiasm and resourcefulness of 5 particular students, who were rewarded special Dopamine participation certificates and 24-inch monitors. We also donated office equipment and 1 year internet subscription to the school, to support the young talents and future dev ninjas. The prizes were awarded at a special ceremony and the students were invited to an Open Doors Day at our office. They all expressed great desire to intern at the company.

As an organization that employs 3 TUES alumni, we are extremely happy to sponsor and support the students and we fully believe in their huge potential!
